Since it’s Black History Month, we are honoring the incredible Black leaders who have shaped mental health and wellness. Voices like Dr. Joy DeGruy, who speaks on generational healing, and Audre Lorde, who taught us that self-care is an act of resistance, inspire us to keep pushing for growth—both personally and as a community. Their work is a reminder that healing is powerful, and it’s meant to be shared.
