Our B Balanced Team hosts a wide variety of workshops, webinars, and mental health based group trainings, both inside and outside of our office. All content and materials are developed and provided by B Balanced and our therapists. 

Come join us to learn about using art therapy as a healthy tool for emotional expression and exploration in our upcoming workshops. Lindsay will be hosting unique and exciting art therapy groups every Tuesday night from 6:00 – 7:00 pm, there are limited spots available so reach out to us to learn more and reserve your spot.

Join us for some winter fun at our next Creative Kids Group where kids will learn how to make their own tree ornaments/decorations using polymer clay! This group will be facilitated Registired Art Therapist (ATR), and mental health counselor Lindsay Jordan LCMHC. This workshop is appropriate for ages 6-11 yrs old. No artistic talent is required, beginner friendly.

Led by Briana Lyndon, LMFTA, and Sam James, Executive Function Coach, this group will provide a space for sharing, learning, and growing. Whether you're newly diagnosed, have been managing ADHD for years, or your child/loved one has an ADHD diagnosis, and you have begun seeing similar qualities in yourself, you'll find valuable insights and strategies to help you understand the unique workings of your brain.
