Our B Balanced Team hosts a wide variety of workshops, webinars, and mental health based group trainings, both inside and outside of our office. All content and materials are developed and provided by B Balanced and our therapists. 

Come join us to learn about using art therapy as a healthy tool for emotional expression and exploration in our upcoming workshops. Lindsay will be hosting unique and exciting art therapy groups every Tuesday night from 6:00 – 7:00 pm, there are limited spots available so reach out to us to learn more and reserve your spot.
