Art workshop teaching kids about benefits of music on our mental health, and how to make their own trinkets.
Join us at our next Creative Teens Group, as we explore how music can benefit your mental health, and how it can be used as a healthy coping tool. This group is approiate for ages 11-17 years old, and NO ART TALENT is needed. This group will be led by our registired art therapist and liscenssed mental health counselor Lindsay Jordan ATR-P, LCMHCA
Have you ever wished you had your own space to relax and just to make art for yourself, or others? Well now you can! We have a maker space just for adults from ages 18 and up, and will have some materials provided, feel free to also bring your own. Please contact us via email if you are working on large pieces so we can accomodate the space/ make sure we have materials you may need. Our open studio is facilitated by our registered art therapist, and licensed counselor Lindsay Jordan ATR-P, LCMHCA, who will be hosting an optional workshop on how to make your own dreamcatcher. This workshop is part of our monthly art therapy workshop for adults.This group is appropriate for ages 18 and up. NO ART TALENT is required to participate.
