If you or your child struggles with anxiety around certain foods, or finds meal times stressful, we'd love to invite you to "Food with Friends", a weekly meal support group designed to help challenge food-related fears while building a welcoming community! Whether you're struggling with disordered eating, an active eating disorder, or simply want to develop a healthier relationship with food, this group offers a safe and supportive environment for all. It's also a great space for anyone who loves food, wants to make new friends, and learn how to eat more mindfully!
