Niki Mullis is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families build healthier relationships and discover a deeper sense of purpose in life.
Trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Niki utilizes this specialized approach to help individuals process and heal from trauma and distressing experiences. EMDR works by using specific eye movements or bilateral stimulation to reframe the way memories and emotions are stored in the brain.
In addition to her EMDR training, Niki is certified in Level I and Level II of the Gottman Method and serves as a leader for the Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work, based on the Gottman Method. With these credentials, she specializes in a wide range of therapeutic areas, including sexuality, anxiety, depression, relationship repair, self-worth, addiction, ADHD, life stressors, attachment injuries, trauma, work-life balance, communication issues, and spirituality.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Health Services from Queens University and completed her graduate studies in Marriage and Family Therapy at Pfeiffer University.
