Nicole Speeney was born and raised in Pennsylvania and moved down to North Carolina in 2020 after graduating from Colgate University with a degree in Psychological Sciences. Nicole also holds her Master’s Degree in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Nicole understands that navigating wellness in a world that praises toxic diet culture, overcomplicates everything, and spreads insane amounts of misinformation is TOUGH.
So, she aspires to help others understand that nutrition does not have to be complicated. Nicole takes a non-diet approach and implements psychology-based mindset practices rooted in intuitive eating principles and body image work, nutrition education, and the science behind
ditching diet culture. Nicole helps her clients push back on perfectionism and black and white thinking around food, body, and exercise, so that they can live more balanced and colorful lives.
