Rebekah is a passionate advocate for mental health, currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of the Cumberlands. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
With a strong desire to support others on their journey to wellness, Rebekah takes a holistic approach to mental health, aiming to help individuals improve their overall well-being—mind, body, and spirit. Her counseling style is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, and mindfulness practices, creating a supportive space for growth and self-discovery.
