Kayla Olmedo is a dedicated Master's level intern pursuing her License in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development and Psychology from Carolina University in 2021. Prior to commencing her graduate studies, Kayla enthusiastically engaged in teaching and assisting children in early childhood development and kindergarten settings. With a deep commitment to supporting individuals and families, she has extensive experience working with teenagers facing high-stress situations.
Kayla has facilitated multiple support groups for teenagers and provided invaluable assistance to families navigating significant life transitions. Currently, her academic focus centers on understanding the complexities of trauma and its impact on mental and physical well-being.
